He is among a rare elite to have served in three of the British Armed Forces' most demanding branches: the Royal Marines Commando, where he completed the gruelling 32-week commando training at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines in Lympstone; the 9 Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers, an airborne combat engineer unit within 16 Air Assault Brigade; and the Special Boat Service (SBS) — the UK's most secretive and elite naval special forces unit, part of United Kingdom Special Forces (UKSF). During his time with the SBS, Ant operated as a point man and sniper across multiple operational theatres in some of the world's most hostile environments.
